At Citrus Clothing, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Return/Exchange Request:

• Return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. If 15 days have gone by we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Approval and Conditions:

• All return requests are subject to approval.
• Goods must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.

Refund Process:

• Pre-paid and COD orders will receive a refund in the submitted bank accounts.
• A charge of Rs 100 will be deducted against return shipments.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days

• There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
• For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
• Exchange of product is subjected to availability of size
• Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Provide your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS.
• Follow the outlined instructions and select the items for return.
• Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items are eligible for return within 15 days of Order Delivery.
• Ensure items are in unused, original condition, and come with intact packaging and tags.

Handling Damaged Items:

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returning Items:

• We aim to initiate a return pickup with our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request.
• Refer to the email received after placing the return request for shipping instructions.

Refund Processing Time:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 working days upon approval.
